► Address proof [ Voter ID, Adhaar Card, Driving License of the Director and Nominee ]
► Signature [ A signature specimen of the Director and Nominee]
► Passport Photo [ Clear photo of the Director and Nominee]
► Address proof of the place [ of the business-Electricity bill, Legal ownership Document, Municipal Khata copy, Telephone bill, etc. to confirm ownership of the business place ]
► Rent agreement [ in case the business place is rented- Notarised Rent agreement, duly signed by the tenant and Owner along with two witnesses ]
► Bank Statement [ of the Director and Nominee ]
► Consent letter if the place is acquired by consent [ Consent letter with the proof of ownership, signature and ID proof of the Owner of premises ]
► NOC of the Owner [ No objection certificate by the Owner of the premises allowing deemed business activity ]

Director Identification Number or DIN is a unique number that is allotted to every Director of a company. There is no expiration date of DIN, and one director can have only one DIN. It is mandatory to apply for the DIN for the incorporation of a company.
Digital Signature Certificate is a virtual identity of any person. To establish a company, DSC of all the directors and nominees (in case of OPC) is mandatory.
The law mandates that there can be only one director and only one nominee. A nominee is a person to whom, directorship will be passed on in the event of the death of the Director.
Registration of OPC stays valid until it fulfils all the compliances as per the low. In the event of non-compliance, they can be removed from the register by the Ministry.
