We are committed to serving our clients with complete transparency and trust. For every service we provide, we have separate and all-inclusive packages.

We have left no stone unturned to make our prices affordable for every section of Businesses.

For us, client satisfaction is the primary concern and hence our clients can reach us any time if they are not satisfied with our services.

Unlike other firms, we have a robust Refund Policy in place that helps us serve our clients in a much better way

Our Refund Policy

1. If the client is not satisfied with our services in any manner, he/she can apply for a refund within the stipulated period of 14 days after the subscription of services.

2. No request for the refund will be entertained after 14 days in any case.

3. The refund will be processed only after the thorough analysis of the matter by our team.
4. In any case, if it becomes evident that the client is taking advantage of our refund policy, no refund will be paid and subscription will be terminated.

5. The client will not be able to apply for a refund due to any inconvenience or error that may occur due to Force Majeure.
6. A refund will be paid within 30 days from the day complaint is raised.
7. Probal Consulting Group cannot be held liable for any interest on the refund if the refund is not cleared within 30 days due to the events that are out of control of Probal Consulting Group
8. Probal Consulting Group cannot be held liable for any financial loss that a client may face while paying money to the Government Institutes in any manner.
9. The final decision to pay the refund amount rests in the hands of Probal Consulting Group.
10. Probal Consulting Group Reserves the right to alter the refund policy any time without any prior notice to the clients.
11. No other amount, except the amount paid by the customer for the subscription of the services, will be refunded in any manner.

All our services are purely customized as per the client’s requirement and hence, the rate of the same service may vary from client to client. The right to determine the final price of the package rests in the hand of Probal Consulting Group. No query will be entertained in this matter in any manner.
